Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Sales Manager to lead our team in achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management and a proven track record of success in the BFSI industry. As a Branch Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategies to increase sales revenue.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the BFSI industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders.
Experience working with UCV (Unsecured Consumer Vehicle) products is an added advantage.
