We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Sales Manager to lead our micro mortgage sales team in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 13 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in micro mortgages. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to meet targets. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability. Job Requirements Proven experience in branch sales management, preferably in micro mortgages. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Strong understanding of the BFSI industry and regulatory requirements. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
