We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Sales Manager to lead our micro mortgage sales team in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BFSI, particularly in micro mortgages, with 2-7 years of experience. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to meet their individual and collective goals. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion. Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of micro mortgages and the BFSI industry. Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
