We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Sales Manager to lead our micro mortgage sales team in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BFSI, particularly in micro mortgages, with 5-10 years of experience. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to meet their individual and collective goals. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion. Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of micro mortgages and the BFSI industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
