We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Sales Manager to lead our micro mortgage sales team in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in micro mortgages. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to meet their individual and collective goals. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion. Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in micro mortgages. Strong knowledge of micro mortgage products and services. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationship building with stakeholders. Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
