We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Sales Manager to lead our micro mortgage sales team in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in sales management and micro mortgages. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to meet targets. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability. Job Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the BFSI industry. Strong knowledge of micro mortgages and related products. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
