We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Sales Manager to lead our micro mortgage sales team in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BFSI, particularly in micro mortgages, with 3-8 years of experience. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to meet their individual and collective goals. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency. Job Requirements Proven experience in micro mortgages or related fields, with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry, particularly in micro mortgages. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling building strong relationships with stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
