Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers, addressing queries related to our products and services.
  • Provide high-quality customer support by troubleshooting, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints, inquiries, and feedback.
  • Work to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide timely solutions to customer issues, escalating as necessary to relevant departments.
  • Deliver information clearly and effectively, ensuring customer understanding.
  • Follow company guidelines and protocols to provide consistent service.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with customers from different regions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fresher Candidates:

    Excellent communication skills in English with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Experienced Candidates (0-5 years):

    Prior experience in a voice process, customer service, or BPO role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with international customers in a clear, concise, and friendly manner.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs and concerns.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, internet browsing, etc.).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts (including weekends and holidays).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Any Graduates or Under graduates can apply
  • ]Experience in an international BPO or customer service role is a plus.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems or customer service tools is advantageous.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
