About the Role

BIM Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage high-quality BIM models in

  Revit

  , Navisworks, and other relevant software.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure model accuracy, coordination, and compliance with project requirements.
• Lead BIM implementation strategies across multidisciplinary teams.
• Support clash detection, coordination meetings, and project documentation using BIM 360 and Navisworks Manage.
• Produce and review construction documents, 3D visualizations, and detailed schedules.
• Ensure adherence to company BIM standards and contribute to their continuous improvement.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members and contribute to internal BIM training efforts.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum

  5 years of experience

  in BIM-centric architectural roles.
• Proficient in

  Autodesk Revit

  ,

  Navisworks

  , and BIM 360. Familiarity with Rhino, Grasshopper, or Dynamo is a plus.
• Solid understanding of architectural detailing, building systems, and construction methods.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
• Experience in delivering mid- to large-scale projects across different phases.
• Knowledge of local building codes and international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) is highly desirable.
