Job Title: Logistics Billing Executive Job Summary: The Logistics Billing Executive is responsible for preparing, processing, and maintaining accurate records of billing and invoicing for logistics operations. This role ensures timely generation and dispatch of invoices to clients and coordinates with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and generate invoices for logistics services rendered (transportation, warehousing, freight, etc.). Ensure accuracy of billing details by verifying documents such as delivery notes, transport logs, and purchase orders. Coordinate with the logistics and operations team to track shipments and delivery confirmations. Maintain up-to-date billing records and ensure compliance with company policies and client agreements. Handle and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes with clients in coordination with the accounts team. Follow up on payment status with clients and support the accounts receivable process. Maintain digital and physical copies of all billing records for audit purposes. Ensure timely submission of bills and documents to clients as per agreed timelines. Generate regular billing reports for management and internal use. Collaborate with finance and audit teams during internal and external audits.
