Job Summary: The Billing Executive will be responsible for creating and managing bills for steel sheets transactions using Gaba software. This role will require basic English and computer skills, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Billing: Create and process invoices for steel sheet sales using Gaba software. Ensure accuracy of billing information, including product quantities, rates, and taxes. Prepare and send invoices to customers in a timely manner. Follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment. Data Entry: Enter sales data into Gaba software accurately and efficiently. Maintain updated customer and product information in the system. Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries related to billing and invoicing. Resolve billing disputes and discrepancies. Reporting: Generate monthly and weekly billing reports as required. Assist in the preparation of financial statements. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 12th pass. Basic English language skills. Proficiency in using computers, including MS Office (Word, Excel). Ability to learn and use Gaba software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Benefits: Competitive salary.
