Urgent Hiring: Planning & Billing Engineer Location: Patiala Punjab (On-site) Experience Required: 10-14+ Years Industry: Infrastructure / Construction (Residential Buildings, Roads etc) Job Description: We are urgently seeking an experienced Planning & Billing Engineer to join our on-site team at Patiala Punjab. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Building construction, with proven experience in planning, scheduling, billing, and project coordination. Key Responsibilities: Planning & Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project schedules using MS Project / Primavera P6. Break down the work structure (WBS) and allocate timelines and resources. Monitor progress, analyze delays, and propose mitigation strategies. Coordinate with site teams to track daily/weekly/monthly progress. Update and maintain project progress tracking systems and dashboards. Billing & Cost Management: Prepare and submit client running account (RA) bills as per executed work. Check and certify subcontractor/vendor bills based on site measurements. Maintain quantity take-offs and work measurement records. Ensure alignment of billing quantities with approved drawings and BOQ. Track variations, additional works, and claims; prepare relevant documentation Candidate Profile: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Minimum 10-14+ years of experience in planning & billing roles. Mandatory experience in Highrise Building construction projects. Proficient in MS Excel & AutoCAD, ERP.
