Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at i95dev, a brand of JIVA InfoTech. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to increase revenue growth.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
Identify and pursue new business leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role in the IT Services & Consulting industry.
Strong understanding of the IT services and consulting market, including current trends and technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools is an asset.
