Job Description

Job Description:

  • Creating a strong pipeline of new sales opportunities.
  • Develop and manage the sales funnel by proactively identifying, tracking, and facilitating successful closures.
  • Prospect potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and indirect methods such as networking.
  • Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email.
  • Proactively hunt new business opportunities outside the existing or traditional client base through market and account research, sales events, networking, vendor events, and other programs.
  • Preferred experience of bidding on platforms like Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, PPH, and government portals like CPP and GEMS.
  • Ongoing client relationship management to ensure the potential value of the customer is maximized and customer delight is maintained on a long-term basis.
  • Work with technical staff and product specialists where required to address customer requirements.
  • Describe products to the customers and responds to queries and close sales.
  • Monitor and report on all sales activities. Prepare the reports and maintain them.
  • Communicate and present effectively to all the client levels for MindSpace Software Technologies Private Limited.

Technology :

  • The position demands an entrepreneurial- minded individual with high energy and a strong motivation to sell (we like increasing numbers).
  • A strong candidate will have excellent sales and closing skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Demonstrated time management skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing/SEO services will be a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Qualification: Graduate

Experience required: 1 to 4 years.
