Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain company records, files, and internal documentation.
• Assist in data entry, report generation, and process coordination.
• Support finance, marketing, and operations teams with administrative tasks.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up with internal teams and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of client deliverables and status updates.
• Handle invoice processing, purchase orders, and inventory logs when required.
• Assist in preparing basic reports and presentations for internal reviews.
• Maintain confidentiality of company data and project information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in back-office, administration, or coordination roles preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with digital marketing terminology or tools is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines independently.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
