Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our day-to-day operations. The role involves administrative tasks, data entry, documentation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth business functioning. Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update company databases and records. Perform accurate data entry and document management. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required. Assist in processing and verifying invoices, bills, and other documents. Coordinate with front office staff and other departments for internal communication. Handle emails and official communication professionally. Monitor inventory and place office supply orders when necessary. Ensure proper filing and organization of digital and physical records. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as a back office executive, administrative assistant, or similar role. Strong computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills:Familiarity with office management systems or ERP software. Basic accounting or finance knowledge. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
