Back Office Executive

Job Role – Operations & Field Coordination Location: Morar, Gwalior (M.P.) Company Profile: Fincaid Services Pvt. Ltd. is a leading field verification and investigation partner for top banks and NBFCs across Madhya Pradesh. We are engaged in CPV (Contact Point Verification), FI (Field Investigations), RCU (Risk Control Units), and related assignments through direct and third-party channels. We pride ourselves on timely delivery, accuracy, and integrity of reporting. Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and responsible Manager to oversee and coordinate backend field operations, reporting, and client communication for our banking and NBFC assignments. This role involves end-to-end coordination of field staff, backoffice staff, data review, report submissions, and internal follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: Allocate, track, and follow up on field cases (FI/CPV/RCU) in real-time. Coordinate with field executives across multiple locations to ensure TAT and quality standards. Review field reports, resolve escalations, and ensure timely submission to clients/agencies. Maintain internal dashboards, MIS reports, and daily status trackers. Communicate with client for updates, clarifications, and follow-ups. Ensure documentation and compliance standards are met as per banking protocols. Assist in hiring and onboarding new staff when needed. Communicate with clients over mail/WhatsApp in a formal and prompt manner. Requirements: Graduate (preferably B.Com/BBA); CA article experience or semi-qualified CA/MBA preferred but not mandatory. Prefered experience in operations, field coordination, or back-office role. Excellent communication (Hindi & English), Excel, and email drafting skills. Strong follow-up ability, team handling skills, and a solution-oriented mindset. Should be self-driven, organized, and capable of handling pressure during month-end or tight deadlines.
