What You’ll Be Doing: Building scalable backends using Python & Django Integrating LLM pipelines (OpenAI, open source) with RAG, embeddings & vector DBs Powering tools for brokers, insurers, and policyholders to auto-generate insights from PDFs, policies, and structured data Crafting prompt logic, chunking flows, and retrieval strategies to serve instant, contextual responses What We’re Looking For: ✅ Strong Python + Django fundamentals ✅ Experience working with LLMs and prompt design ✅ Familiarity with RAG concepts (chunking, embedding, query routing) ✅ Comfortable working with MongoDB/PostgreSQL, REST APIs ✅ Curious mindset and product-first thinking Bonus if you've worked with vector DBs (Pinecone, Chroma), LangChain, or insurance domain data.
