We collaborate with top healthcare brands like Philips Healthcare and cater to doctors and clinics by offering customized infrastructure and technology. Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and driven B2B Sales Representative to promote and sell medical equipment to healthcare professionals, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and clinics. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive sales in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities within the healthcare sector. Promote and sell a range of medical equipment (including Philips Healthcare products) to clinics, hospitals, and specialty centers. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients. Build long-term relationships with doctors, healthcare administrators, and procurement teams. Understand client needs and recommend suitable medical solutions. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively. Coordinate with the internal operations and technical team for seamless installation and after-sales support. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in medical equipment or healthcare. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and target-driven with a customer-first attitude. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel within the assigned region. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Philips or similar premium medical equipment brands. Familiarity with hospital infrastructure and specialty clinic setups.
