B2B Sales Executive

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage relationships with

   B2B dealers and distributors

   .
2. Actively

   identify and onboard new retailers

   and sales partners in assigned territories.
3. Execute

   monthly and quarterly sales targets

   through channel partnerships.
4. Conduct

   market research and competitor analysis

   to identify new sales opportunities.
5. Ensure

   timely order processing, payment follow-up, and customer satisfaction

   .
6. Plan and execute

   product presentations, demonstrations

   , and retailer training.
7. Coordinate with internal teams for

   logistics, pricing, and after-sales support

   .
8. Track performance using CRM tools and provide regular sales reports to management.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum

  2 years of experience

  in

  B2B sales

  , preferably in electronics, automobile, or hardware/FMCG sectors.
• Proven skills in

  dealer/distributor management and retail onboarding

  .
• Strong

  negotiation, communication, and relationship-building

  abilities.
• Comfortable with

  travelling within assigned regions

  .

• Experience in South Indian markets

  will be considered an added advantage.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Preferred Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Fluency in English + local regional language (especially if handling South region)
