Key Responsibilities


Senior B2B Sales Executive


  • Channel Development:

    Identify and onboard new education consultants, sub-agents, and institutional partners.
  • Sales Target Achievement:

    Drive monthly and quarterly partner acquisition and student conversion targets.
  • Relationship Management:

    Maintain and deepen partnerships through regular follow-ups, meetings, webinars, and training.
  • Territory Mapping:

    Develop and implement territory-specific B2B sales strategies to penetrate new geographies.
  • Partner Support:

    Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams (Admissions, Marketing, Operations, etc.).
  • Reporting & CRM:

    Maintain partner records, leads, and sales performance in CRM tools; generate and present reports.
  • Market Feedback:

    Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to improve offerings and processes.


Key Requirements


  • Experience:

    2 to 5+ years in B2B sales (preferably in immigration, overseas education, or franchise development).
  • Industry Knowledge:

    Strong understanding of European education systems and visa processes is a big plus.
  • Communication:

    Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Networking:

    Ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with partners across cultural/geographical boundaries.
  • Tech Skills:

    Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office, and partner portals.
  • Travel:

    Willingness to travel regionally for partner meetings and business development.


Educational Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree

    (required) – in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field

Preferred:

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing, International Business, or Education Management
  • Certifications related to immigration, international student recruitment, or counseling are a plus
