Audit Associate

We are currently seeking skilled Audit & Accounting Associates to support our growing audit and compliance assignments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Concurrent Audit of Banks

• Perform daily/weekly/monthly transaction reviews.
• Monitor loan disbursement, cash operations, KYC/AML compliance.
• Identify internal control weaknesses, fraud indicators, and policy violations.
• Submit detailed concurrent audit reports with actionable findings.

2. Stock Audit

• Conduct physical verification of inventory at client or borrower locations.
• Assess valuation, damage, movement, and reconciliation of inventory.
• Validate adequacy of stock with respect to bank financing limits.
• Prepare structured stock audit reports with observations.

3. Accounting Services

• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting using Tally / QuickBooks / Odoo.
• Prepare ledgers, bank reconciliations, trial balance, and financial statements.
• Support monthly closing, MIS reporting, and accounts finalization.
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

4. ITR Filing & Tax Compliance

• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms, and companies.
• Collate data, compute tax liability, and ensure timely filings.
• Assist in TDS returns, GST filings, and other statutory filings.
• Handle notices, rectifications, and basic tax correspondence.

Candidate Profile

✅ B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / Semi-qualified CA / Fresh CA
✅ 1-3 years of experience in audit, accounting, or taxation (preferred)✅ Knowledge of Tally, Excel, tax portals, and audit checklists✅ Strong understanding of Income Tax and GST provisions✅ Willingness to travel for audits when required✅ Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 15 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
