Role Description

This is a full-time, off-role for an Associate Sales position located in Ahmedabad. The Associate Sales professional will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining and growing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, meeting with potential clients, presenting products and services, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the sales team to develop effective strategies. The role requires a proactive approach to customer needs and a strong commitment to achieving company sales goals.

Qualifications

• Business Development and Client Relationship Management skills
• Sales and Market Research experience
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Capability to achieve sales targets and work in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
