About the Role:

Associate – Growth


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project & Program Management:

  • Drive planning, tracking, and execution of growth-led projects across verticals.
  • Ensure timely progress updates, risk identification, and issue resolution.


  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Strategy, etc.) to align on project goals and timelines.
  • Own meeting cadences, follow-ups, and documentation for internal stakeholders.


  • Reporting & Tracking:

  • Maintain accurate trackers, timelines, and dashboards to measure progress and performance.
  • Use Excel/Google Sheets to compile reports and insights for leadership reviews.


Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in project or program management roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and a structured approach to task management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setup.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
