Position: Associate ProfessorEssential Qualification:

• M.Sc. (Nursing)
• Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience, including at least 5 years of teaching experience after M.Sc. (Nursing).
• Desirable: Ph.D. (Nursing)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Teaching Excellence:

• Deliver engaging, evidence-based lectures and facilitate hands-on clinical training.
• Foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills among students, preparing them to excel in healthcare settings.

2. Mentorship and Student Support:

• Guide students in academic projects, clinical research, and skill development.
• Provide personalized mentorship to support their academic and career goals.

3. Curriculum Development:

• Contribute to the design and implementation of innovative and student-centric nursing curricula.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure alignment with current healthcare trends and educational standards.

4. Research and Innovation:

• Encourage and mentor students in nursing research and evidence-based practice.
• Pursue personal research initiatives, contributing to the academic community through publications and presentations.

5. Institutional Growth:

• Support the college's vision by participating in committees, outreach programs, and strategic planning.
• Promote community engagement through health camps, awareness drives, and collaborative initiatives.

6. Quality and Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to academic standards and guidelines set by Maharashtra University of Health Sciences.
• Employ innovative assessment techniques to evaluate and enhance student learning outcomes.
