Position: Assistant ProfessorEssential Qualification:

• M.Sc. (Nursing)
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience after completing M.Sc. (Nursing).
• Desirable: Ph.D. (Nursing).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Student-Centered Teaching:

• Deliver engaging, interactive lectures and clinical training sessions that foster critical thinking and practical skills.
• Ensure students are well-prepared for the challenges of real-world healthcare environments.

2. Mentorship and Academic Guidance:

• Provide mentorship to students, supporting their academic journey and career aspirations.
• Inspire students to excel in their studies and embrace the core values of nursing.

3. Curriculum Contribution:

• Participate in curriculum planning and development to align with the latest trends in healthcare and nursing education.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a dynamic, evidence-based academic program.

4. Research and Professional Development:

• Encourage student involvement in research and guide them in academic projects.
• Pursue personal research interests and contribute to the academic community through publications and conferences.

5. Institutional Support:

• Actively participate in institutional activities, outreach programs, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Assist in fostering a nurturing and inclusive academic environment.

6. Quality Assurance and Compliance:

• Adhere to the academic standards of Maharashtra University of Health Sciences.
• Maintain high standards in assessment and evaluation practices.
