Role Overview: Associate Manager – Real Estate (Bangalore Division)

As an Associate Manager – Real Estate, you will be responsible for leading client engagements, driving high-value closures, and mentoring junior sales executives. This is a leadership-track role, perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, consultative selling environments and is ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound leads for premium residential projects
  • Own the full sales lifecycle—lead qualification, site visits, client presentations, negotiations, and final closures
  • Build long-term client relationships through a trust-based, advisory approach
  • Stay updated on project pricing, inventory, and market competition
  • Guide and support a small team of Sales Executives to achieve collective targets
  • Regularly update CRM systems, sales trackers, and performance reports
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and developer partners to drive results

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of real estate sales experience.
  • Freshers from Tier 1 MBA colleges are welcome to apply.
  • Strong track record in closing high-ticket residential sales
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
  • Ability to independently drive performance while mentoring junior team members
  • Proficient in CRM tools and sales pipeline management
  • Graduate/Post-Graduate in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related fields
