This is your opportunity to join our Governance & Risk team as Associate Manager –Internal Audit, Governance & Risk Management (IAGRM) ! 🔍 What You’ll Do: ✅ Conduct in-house audits, investigations, and special audits using forensic techniques ✅ Develop and monitor audit programs and risk control matrices ✅ Execute internal control testing and perform data analytics to resolve exceptions ✅ Assess and strengthen the effectiveness of internal controls ✅ Ensure statutory, policy, and industry compliance ✅ Prepare and present detailed audit reports with actionable insights to senior management ✅ Build strong working relationships across corporate and plant teams ✅ Domestic travel (~30%) to plant locations 🎯 What We’re Looking For: ✔ Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–4 years in internal audit/investigations (forensic or fraud certifications a plus) ✔ Strong background in manufacturing industry audits ✔ Hands-on expertise in forensic audit techniques, fraud prevention, and risk management ✔ Proficiency in SAP , audit management systems, and data analytics tools ✔ Deep understanding of Indian accounting standards and regulatory frameworks ✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills 🌟 Why Join Us?
