Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Associate Manager-Acquisition (Household). In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and building strong relationships with them to drive business growth in the household segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers in the assigned territory and acquire them through various sales channels such as direct selling, referrals, and events
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Cross-sell and upsell retail banking products and services to customers based on their financial needs and goals
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth of the branch
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to the branch manager
  • Stay updated with the latest banking products, services, and industry trends to provide the best solutions to customers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking or financial services industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of retail banking products and services
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Willingness to work in a target-driven and dynamic environment
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory as per business requirements
