Job Summary

As an Associate Manager-Acquisition (Household), you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and promoting our household banking products and services. You will work closely with the sales team and branch managers to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the bank.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking
• Conduct sales meetings and presentations to showcase our household banking products and services
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide suitable solutions
• Cross-sell other banking products and services to existing customers
• Collaborate with the branch team to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers
• Keep updated with the latest market trends and competitor activities
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bank
  

Qualifications
