As we expand our operations, we’re looking for an experienced and driven Assistant Manager - Sales to lead our business development efforts, grow our client base, and contribute to our global logistics success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive B2B sales with a focus on acquiring mid to large-sized clients in freight forwarding and logistics.
• Conduct market research and identify strategic business opportunities.
• Lead the entire sales cycle—from lead generation and presentations to negotiations and closing deals.
• Collaborate with operations and management teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
• Mentor and support junior sales team members.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 5 years of proven success in B2B sales within freight forwarding, logistics, or 3PL industries.
• Excellent communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
• Strong consultative selling, cold calling, and objection handling skills.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools and data-driven sales strategies.
