Losma India supplies a wide range of oil mist filtration and coolant filtration systems to customers in the automotive, aerospace, bearing, defense, steel, and machinery sectors. Our innovative solutions help improve the efficiency and reliability of our clients' operations across India.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for an Assistant Sales Manager. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the sales team, managing customer accounts, and developing new business opportunities. Daily tasks include preparing sales reports, coordinating with clients, providing product information, and conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities. The role requires close collaboration with the marketing and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

Sales and customer relationship management skills
Ability to prepare sales reports and analyze market trends
Communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in coordinating with clients and providing product information
Knowledge of the automotive, aerospace, bearing, defense, steel, and machinery sectors is a plus
Proficiency in using sales and CRM software
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in mechanical or Diploma degree in mechanical engg.
