Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Your Role in Our Success

  • Recruitment Process Management:

    Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job posting to candidate onboarding. You'll collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop detailed job descriptions, and screen/shortlist candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements.
  • Sourcing and Talent Pipelines:

    Use various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, networking events) to source qualified candidates. You'll also develop and maintain a pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs and leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate information and streamline the hiring process.
  • Candidate Experience:

    Provide an exceptional candidate experience by communicating effectively and ensuring transparency throughout the hiring process. You'll schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a professional and efficient process, and deliver timely feedback to candidates at all stages.
  • Employer Branding:

    Support initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice, including creating engaging job ads and social media content. You'll also represent the company at recruitment events, job fairs, and industry conferences.
  • Reporting and Metrics:

    Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and quality of hire. You'll prepare and present reports to HR leadership to identify trends and areas for improvement.

What Makes You a Great Fit for This Role

  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    2-5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Critical Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and ATS platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset to track and optimize recruitment metrics.
  • Experience working with MS Office.
