Xiaomi India is seeking a creative, data-driven, and experienced Assistant Manager Social Media to lead our social media strategy, drive unique storytelling and engagement, and strengthen our brand presence across India. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital platforms, consumer behaviour, and social trends, with a proven track record of managing large-scale social campaigns for prominent brands. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy tailored to each platform. Drive brand storytelling, product launches, and campaigns tailored to different consumer segments. Leverage insights to refine and evolve the social media strategy. Lead content planning and calendar management, ensuring a mix of product-led, brand-led, and community-driven content. Collaborate with the creative team to design content that resonates with the target audience. Track and analyze the performance of social campaigns, leveraging data to optimize content and strategy. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, brand, and growth marketing, to align social media efforts with overall business goals Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers to foster a strong online community. Qualifications: 4-6 years of hands-on experience in managing social media for well-known brands or agencies. Strong understanding of social media metrics, tools, and best practices. Exceptional communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills. Experience in handling product or brand campaigns at scale. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with performance marketing and digital advertising is a plus. Experience working in the technology or consumer electronics sector (not mandatory)
