Job Description

Objective of the Position:


Summary of Responsibility :


Role & responsibilities


  1. Procurement Operations & Vendor Coordination-

    Overseeing end-to-end procurement of materials, coordinating with vendors to ensure timely deliveries, and aligning sourcing with internal requirements.

  2. Purchase Management & Financial Coordination-

    Preparing and maintaining purchase orders and related documentation while ensuring smooth coordination with the finance team for timely payment processing.

  3. Costing, Negotiation & Process Improvement-

    Managing vendor negotiations, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and driving process improvements across procurement activities.

  4. Inventory Monitoring & Cross-Functional Alignment-

    Tracking inventory levels and working closely with warehouse, production, and internal teams to ensure availability and alignment with operational needs.

  5. Reporting, Market Analysis & Compliance-

    Generating monthly procurement reports, analysing consumption patterns, conducting market research on pricing and vendor trends, and ensuring adherence to internal procurement policies.
