We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager - Sales to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in the sales department, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. The Assistant Manager - Sales will be responsible for assisting the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with clients. Roles and Responsibilities:- -Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets - Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet their sales goals - Strong product demonstration skills - Timely and effective leads follow-up using the Sales CRM software - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet them - Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics to senior management - Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to identify new opportunities for growth - Build the relationship with Channel Partners and generate the consistent business from them - Prepare daily, weekly and monthly, quarterly and annual sales Reports and submit the feedback - Build a good relationship with Bank and CRM team along with clients for timely bank Loan disbursements - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 3-6 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets - Strong leadership and communication skills - Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities - Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite -Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment If you are a results-driven sales professional with a passion for exceeding targets and driving revenue growth, we want to hear from you.
