Job Title: Assistant Manager - HR Location: Vijayawada Salary: ₹4.8 LPA (₹40,000 per month CTC) Experience: 2-4 years Education: Master’s degree in HR or related field About V M Bakery Products Pvt Ltd: V M Bakery is a leading FMCG company specializing in the manufacturing of high-quality bakery products. As part of our growth, we are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager - HR to join our team and lead the HR functions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Roles and Responsibilities: - Recruitment & Onboarding: - Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar workers. - Handle onboarding, orientation, and training for new hires. - Employee Relations: - Maintain effective communication and build positive relationships with employees. - Resolve conflicts and address grievances of both contract and permanent workers. - Contract Labor Management: - Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. - Handle contract labor management, ensuring smooth engagement of contract workers. - Performance Management: - Assist in implementing performance appraisals and employee evaluations. - Support departments in setting up KPIs and tracking employee progress. - HR Operations: - Oversee payroll management, attendance, and leave management for blue-collar workers. - Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, especially for labor laws in the manufacturing sector. - Training & Development: - Develop and execute training programs for both permanent and contract workers. - Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. - Workforce Planning: - Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure appropriate workforce levels. - Manage workforce planning during peak seasons or increased production demands. Qualifications: - Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience: - 2-4 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment. - Hands-on experience managing contract workers and blue-collar employees. - Strong knowledge of labor laws and experience handling compliance in a manufacturing setup. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
