CFS MUNDRA, KACHCHH, Gujarat, India Department HUMAN RESOURCES Job posted on May 28, 2025 Employee Type Probationer Experience range (Years) 0 - 0 JOB DESCRIPTION: Assistant Manager / Sr. Executive – HR & Admin, CFS Mundra Job Title: Assistant Manager / Sr. Executive – HR & Admin Reporting to: Location Head Location: CFS Mundra Minimum Qualification: Post Graduate Desired Qualification: Post Graduate (HR) Age: 28 – 32 years Required experience range: 8 – 12 years Targeted industry: Logistics/supply chain Division: CFS Department: HR & Admin Job Purpose: Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counselling, Contract Labour Management, Contractor Statutory Compliance, Training and Development, succession planning, & performance appraisal. Roles & Responsibilities Ø Oversee recruitment and hiring process Ø Liaise with other functional / departmental head so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievements. Ø Plan and direct for Training of all the employees, maintain contact with outside resources for training. Ø Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention Ø Update and manage employee records & HR Reports of Business/Corporate HR. Ø Acting as the first point of contact for all personnel queries Ø Contract Labour Management at CFS. Timely Renewal of RC under CLRA Act and Contractor’s Licenses Ø Ensure the HR Compliances of Vendors & MIS Reporting Ø Creating and revising job descriptions Ø Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counselling Ø Overseeing exit interviews Ø Participating in administrative staff meetings, Company’s Events, CSR Activities, also Conducting Open Forum & HOD Meetings etc. Ø Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts Ø Driving Employee Engagement Initiatives at CFS Level Ø CLRA Compliances & Updation in company compliance software Ø Driving PMS (Performance Management System) – Goal Setting (KRA / KPI), Half Yearly and Yearly reviews Ø Monitoring cost of Blue-Collar Employees
