Job Description

Position Summary:

The individual is responsible for the management and reporting of financial data of an organization. He/She needs to coordinate between outside parties such as GST office, CA office etc. & management. This profile plays an important role in projecting and furnishing financial strategies of the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

-Make Data entry in Tally for Sales, Purchase, Bank & Cash.
-Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.-Prepare asset, Liability and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.-Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.-Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.-Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.

 Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.

 Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.  Demonstrate financial transactions by auditing documents.  Prepare and submit monthly MIS reports and Profit & Loss(P&L) with Balance Sheet.  Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.  Responsible for Taxation: Compliance, Payments, Returns and Assessments.  Working knowledge of GST, GST Return Filing, TDS, PT, PF & ESIC, etc.  Assist CA for Accounts Finalization.  Make Suppliers payment as per credit cycle and share remittance to the supplier on a regular basis.  Guide accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering question.  Secure financial information by completing database backups.  Should be able to do the administrative work.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

a. Bachelor’s in Commerce, Master’s in Commerce, CA (Ex-intern), ICWA/CMA (Ex-intern) Preferable.
b. 3-4 Years of Experience of Accounting in Tally ERP 9. Out of which min.2yrs Work Experience with Manufacturing Company.c. Experience in CA Firm (Min 1 year), Hands on experience in Tally Prime.d. Hands on experience in MS Office.e. Understanding of ISO 9001:2015, IATF-16949 process standards.

Physical Requirements:
-Visits to CA whenever required.-90% office work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
