Assistant Manager - Accounts & Finance

Job Title: Assistant Accounts Manager Department: Finance & Accounts Location: Raipur Reporting To: Accounts Manager / Finance Head Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Accounts Manager to support our accounting operations. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience with SAP . This role involves managing daily financial tasks, preparing reports, ensuring compliance, and assisting with audits. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily accounting functions including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries. Prepare and review financial reports, MIS, and monthly closings. Monitor budgets, cost controls, and financial forecasts. Ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.). Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits. Handle payroll accounting, employee reimbursements, and vendor payments. Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping for audits and internal reviews. Use SAP for all accounting entries, reporting, and data management. Liaise with vendors, banks, and internal departments for smooth financial operations. Identify process improvement areas and support automation efforts. Required Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or CA Inter preferred). Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years using SAP. Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax compliance. Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Good verbal and written communication. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
