Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Project Lead-Planning & Documentation to join our team in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion.
  • Develop and implement effective planning strategies to achieve project goals.
  • Prepare and review documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards.
  • Analyze data to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (BE Civil or B.Arch).
  • Postgraduate degree in Nicmar, CEPT, or SPA is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate fit-outs.
  • Strong knowledge of planning and documentation principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
