What You Bring – experience and competence 15–18 years of professional EHS experience in the construction and energy infrastructure sectors with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity. Proven experience leading EHS teams, particularly in mega independent or JV/Consortia projects, and matrix organizations. Expertise in EHS legislation, safety by design, and risk-based approaches for large-scale and complex projects. Strong knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and 9001; Lead Auditor certification highly desirable. Demonstrated capability to influence stakeholders, build sustainable partnerships, and drive cultural and behavioral safety improvements. Hands-on experience managing and improving management systems, compliance assurance, incident investigations, and EHS metrics (KPI development, leading and lagging indicators).
