Assistant General Manager

Job Title: Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Real Estate Department: Sales / Operations / Projects (as applicable) Reporting to: General Manager Job Summary:The Assistant General Manager (AGM) plays a vital role in managing day-to-day operations, overseeing project execution, sales targets, customer relations, and coordination with internal departments. The AGM ensures the timely delivery of projects, maximizes profitability, and maintains client satisfaction in line with the company's strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:Oversee project planning, development, and execution in coordination with engineering and operations teams. Drive sales strategies, lead sales teams, and ensure achievement of targets. Monitor budgeting, cost control, and profitability of ongoing projects. Coordinate with legal, CRM, finance, and marketing teams for seamless operations. Manage client relationships, resolve escalations, and ensure post-sale service excellence. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Ensure compliance with RERA and other regulatory requirements. Support the General Manager/Director in business expansion and decision-making. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Business / Real Estate / MBA preferred. 1-10 years of experience in real estate, including 1+ years in a managerial role. Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of real estate sales, operations, and project execution. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
