Assistant Design Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of interior designers across interior projects.
• Translate client briefs into practical, innovative, and aesthetically aligned design solutions.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, project managers, and the execution team.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
• Provide design guidance, mentor junior designers, and maintain documentation standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 3+ years of experience

  in interior design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Degree or Diploma in Interior Design (preferred).
• Strong understanding of residential interior design trends, materials, and execution techniques.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other design tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
