Senior Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of interior designers across multiple residential projects.
• Interpret client requirements and deliver creative, functional, and on-brand design solutions.
• Coordinate with clients, project managers and execution teams to ensure seamless project flow.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and design quality benchmarks.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
• Maintain design documentation and enforce design process standards across all projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture (preferred).

• Minimum 3 years

  of experience in residential interior design, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles, trends, materials, and residential space requirements.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other relevant design tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
