Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for an Assessor located in Hyderabad. The Assessor will be responsible for evaluating and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and performing assessments to match the best talent with the relevant roles. Additional responsibilities include managing candidate documentation, facilitating medical evaluations, and overseeing the orientation process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting interviews, assessments, and evaluations
• Skills in candidate screening and talent identification
• Documentation management and process facilitation skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

Job Location - Hyderabad

Salary - 4 to 4.5 LPA
