Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assessor, located at Chandigarh, Jalandhar, Siliguri, Nizamabad & Hyderabad. The Assessor will be responsible for evaluating candidates' qualifications, conducting interviews, performing skill assessments, and ensuring all documentation is properly managed. The role requires collaboration with different departments to ensure the smooth onboarding of candidates. The Assessor must have a keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain high standards of assessment throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting interviews and skill assessments
• Knowledge of medical assessment processes
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate and coordinate with different departments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and high standards of assessment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus

Job Location - Chandigarh, Jalandhar, Siliguri, Nizamabad & Hyderabad

Salary - 4 to 4.5 LPA
