Job Title: Laundry Pickup & Drop Executive Job Summary: We are seeking a presentable and responsible "Laundry Pickup & Drop Executive " to handle the timely collection and delivery of garments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be attentive to detail, and ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering garments in pristine condition. Managing customer instructions, issuing challan, and handling payments are key aspects of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Collect garments from customers, accurately counting and verifying items during pickup. - Issue challans for each collection, noting any specific instructions provided by customers. - Ensure delivery of garments as per invoice, confirming the correct number of items. - Collect payments from customers and provide proper receipts, maintaining accuracy. - Ensure garments are delivered in immaculate condition, free from damage or stains. - Communicate politely and effectively with customers to address their inquiries and notes. - Record and maintain details of collections, deliveries, and payments for proper tracking. - Maintain a professional appearance and approach at all times. - Handle customer instructions carefully to meet their expectations and ensure satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills: - Presentable appearance with good communication and interpersonal skills. - Responsible, honest, and detail-oriented. - Ability to handle cash transactions confidently and accurately. - Quick and reliable in counting garments and noting instructions. - Punctual and dependable with excellent time management. - Customer-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor. Work Environment: - Field role involving daily pickups and deliveries. - Flexibility to work extended hours.
