Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assessor located in Jalandhar. The Assessor will be responsible for conducting candidate assessments, performing detailed reviews, analyzing qualifications, and coordinating with the recruitment team. Additional responsibilities include evaluating candidates through interviews and assessments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that the recruitment process aligns with company standards and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting assessments and interviews
• Strong analytical and review skills
• Ability to manage and maintain accurate records
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field

Job Location - Jalandhar

Salary - 4 to 4.5 LPA
