Role Description

Experience - 1-5 years AI/ML engineering

This is a full-time on-site role for an Artificial Intelligence Engineer, located in New Delhi. The AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-based solutions.

Core Technologies:

Python, SQL

PyTorch or TensorFlow

LangChain or LlamaIndex

Hugging Face ecosystem (Transformers, PEFT, Datasets)

Vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Chroma)

Cloud platforms (AWS Bedrock/SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, or Azure OpenAI)

LLM/GenAI Stack:

Fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, QLoRA)

RAG implementation and optimization

LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini)

Embedding models and similarity search

Evaluation frameworks (DeepEval, LLM-as-a-Judge)

MLOps tools (MLflow, Weights & Biases)

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks
• Strong background in Computer Science and Software Development
• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in the software development lifecycle is a plus
